Our website doesn't offer our customers the opportunity to make cancellations, or changes to the orders already placed, so please be sure to double-check "My Cart" before checking out and processing your payment.
However, we do realize mistakes happen. IF you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we offer a "48-Hour Reach Out Window" for all of our customers. It is our guarantee that if you contact us via Email, Phone, site chat, or text message within the 48 hour window, we will make changes to, or cancel your order, and issue you a refund.
We package and ship every one of our products neatly folded into a Regular Sized "Flat Rate" Canada Post Box, which costs us $17.00 to purchase. The boxes are 9.5" in length, 6.5" in width, and 3.5" in height.
If orders have more than one item included, then the size of the "Flat Rate" box may be larger, and cost more to ship. Everything cost wise will be specified and included into the final cost at checkout, to help avoid confusion.
